A manager is a user who has been granted with permissions to upgrade spaces to PRO. They also have access to the management dashboard where they can monitor task progress, time tracked, and view other workflow details.

The price of unlimited stays the same regardless of the number of managers and users in your team. Our pricing model is straightforward and applies to all teams, regardless of the number of users.

We accept all major credit card providers through Stripe. After you complete your purchase, an invoice will be sent to you automatically.

You can cancel your paid plan through your account settings. To do so, click on your user image in the top left corner and select the panel for your paid plan. From there, you can navigate to the Stripe portal to cancel your plan.

We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. The advanced features will be frozen and will no longer be available for use when your unlimited plan is no longer active.

The FREE version of Rock includes a limited set of features to help you get familiarized with the product. If you require additional functionality, you can upgrade to the unlimited plan, which provides access to all advanced features and enables you to collaborate without limits on group spaces, invites or feature usage.
